About the Screenwriter

I write stories about people navigating the quiet complexities of their lives, moments where decisions aren’t dramatic, but deeply felt.

My work centers on character and dialogue, exploring the emotional truths that emerge when people try to connect, fail, and try again.

I’m drawn to stories that live in the space between what people say and what they mean. The kind where a conversation at a kitchen table can hold as much weight as any grand gesture. I believe the most honest moments in storytelling come from characters who are trying—sometimes failing—to articulate what they want or need.

My writing tends toward emotional realism. I’m interested in the texture of everyday life: how people cope with disappointment, navigate relationships that have shifted, or find small moments of clarity in the middle of uncertainty. I don’t write about heroes or villains—just people doing their best with what they have.

Dialogue is where I spend most of my time. I’m fascinated by the rhythm of conversation, the pauses, the things left unsaid. I try to write characters who sound like real people—imperfect, searching, sometimes contradicting themselves. The goal is always authenticity over polish.

“The best stories don’t resolve cleanly. They linger, the way real moments do.”

Thematically, I keep returning to ideas of connection and disconnection, the distance between who we are and who we present ourselves to be. I’m interested in family dynamics, friendships that have evolved past their expiration date, and romantic relationships where love isn’t the question—communication is.

“I write to understand the moments that don’t make sense at first — the ones that only reveal themselves when you sit with them long enough.”
